We know all too well that a visit to the dentist can seem daunting especially if the dentist is abroad. The good news is: our job is to help you throughout the process and ultimately to make you smile in more ways than one.

Here is how it works in 5 simple steps:

Contact
You can reach us by phone, e-mail or via our web forms to give us an initial idea of what you are looking for and how soon you are seeking treatment. The dental sevices page on our web site gives you an idea of the dental procedures our clinics offer.
After discussing your requirements, if appropriate, we book an appointment for a consultation with our affiliated clinics. You can choose between the UK or Hungary.
Appointments are on a first come first served basis and are usually available within a few days. Once booked, we always confirm the appointments in writing and give you directions. |

Consultation and Treatment Plan
Budapest consultations are free and UK consultations are fully refundable1 if you book and commence your treatment within a certain time period following your consultation (see details here).
At the consultation you have a chance to meet the dentist(s) from the clinic who will discuss and assess your requirements. If appropriate you should bring along any X-Rays or CT scans (not older than 3 months), but in the absence of these they'll be able to take a panoramic X-Ray at the consultation (a small charge applies in the UK2).
Based on the assessment at the consultation a free, no-obligation treatment plan (including cost breakdowns) is prepared by the clinic which we forward onto you as soon as possible following the consultation.

Book Treatment and Travel
Once you have reveiwed your treatment plan, our colleagues and the clinics will be pleased to answer any questions. As and when you wish to go ahead, you should contact us again and we can book treatment date(s) for you. Don't forget to take advantage of our latest offers.
Most of our patients choose Hungary for their treatment as they can achieve even more savings there but we can offer a number of treatments in the UK surgery as well. Your dentist will be able to give you further details about this at the consultation.
We'll then confirm your treatment appointments in writing and are happy to assist you with further information on travel and accommodation if you choose treatment in Hungary.
In the latter case, once you have booked your flights, please make sure to let us have the flight details (date, time, flight numbers for both outbound and inbound flights) as well as your accommodation details. We need this well in advance, so we can arrange the complimentary transfers4 for you.

Treatment
If you chose Hungary for your treatment, you'll be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation and ultimately to the clinic. Depending on your treatment plan you may need to attend the clinic on more than one occasion3. You'll be provided free transfers4 between the clinic and your accommodation in Budapest. If you choose treatment in the UK then you should make your own way to our surgery.
Once at the clinic / surgery the English speaking staff and dentists will guide you through all the dental procedures. The clinic boasts highly skilled dentists applying the latest technology and the best quality materials in order to provide you the best possible dental care.
The clinic also offers an out of hours help line manned by English speaking staff members should you need any assistance during your stay. Members of staff will also regularly check on your healing progress during your stay in Hungary.

Relax & Smile
If you chose Hungary for your treatment in most cases you will have some free time between visits to the clinic during your stay. We encourage you to make the best use of this time, not only to relax but also to discover what Hungary and its beautiful capital, Budapest, has to offer. See our travel page for more details.
Clinic staff will give you guidance on how much of a resting period you need, what to eat and what not to eat, and which activities to avoid. But other than that you are free to explore.
At the end of your stay the clinic will arrange a pre-booked courtesy transfer4 from your accommodation back to Budapest Airport. (If you were treated in the UK you should make your own way home).
Hopefully at this point you will be able to confidently smile again!
After your return home we will of course be at your disposal to answer any questions, to book any check ups / further treatment dates (as required) or just to have a chat.

1. The initial consultation is completely free in Budapest. Consultation in the UK incurs a £45 charge. The latter is deducted from the treatment cost if you book your treatment within 2 weeks (of the consultation date) AND start your treatment within 3 months (of the consultation date).
2. Panoramic X-Rays are free in Budapest. They incur a £25 charge in the UK as a small contribution towards the actual cost.
3. you may need to travel to the clinic on more than one occasion depending on your treatment plan
4. The free transfer offer is valid for transport provided by the clinic's own fleet of vehicles only and has no cash value. They are valid in the area of the capital East of the Danube (the Pest side) except the Budapest Hilton. They are subject to availability and need to be pre-booked to avoid delays or unnecessary waiting periods. We regret we cannot reimburse taxi or other transport fares.
